Behave Tracker is run by André, in Portugal, who is the controller of your data. Contact: contact@behave.pt.

• Conta: email e palavra-passe. A palavra-passe é guardada de forma cifrada (nunca em texto simples).
• Perfil: nome e, se quiseres, peso corporal e objetivos. Escolhes se o peso é partilhado com a tua equipa.
• Treinos: exercícios, séries, pesos, repetições, datas e observações.
• Vida em equipa: as equipas a que pertences, comentários, reações e conquistas.
• Notificações: se as ativares, o identificador técnico do teu dispositivo necessário para as enviar.
• Preferências (tema, idioma, tempo de descanso) guardadas no teu próprio dispositivo.

Não pedimos dados de saúde. Pedimos-te que não escrevas informação sensível nas observações, porque os membros das tuas equipas podem vê-las.

• Account: email and password. The password is stored encrypted (never in plain text).
• Profile: name and, if you wish, body weight and goals. You choose whether your weight is shared with your team.
• Workouts: exercises, sets, weights, reps, dates and notes.
• Team life: the teams you belong to, comments, reactions and achievements.
• Notifications: if you turn them on, the technical identifier of your device needed to send them.
• Preferences (theme, language, rest time) stored on your own device.

We do not ask for health data. Please do not write sensitive information in your notes, because the members of your teams can see them.

• Prestar o serviço: guardar os teus treinos, calcular pontos e rankings e mostrar-te estatísticas (execução do contrato).
• Enviar notificações, só se as ativares (consentimento).
• Manter a app segura e corrigir erros (interesse legítimo).

• Provide the service: store your workouts, calculate points and rankings and show you statistics (performance of a contract).
• Send notifications, only if you turn them on (consent).
• Keep the app secure and fix errors (legitimate interest).

Os membros das equipas a que pertences podem ver o teu nome, os teus treinos (incluindo observações), a tua pontuação, os teus objetivos e as tuas conquistas, e podem comentar e reagir. O teu peso corporal só é visível se escolheres partilhá-lo. Pessoas que não estão nas tuas equipas não veem os teus treinos.

Members of the teams you belong to can see your name, your workouts (including notes), your score, your goals and your achievements, and can comment and react. Your body weight is only visible if you choose to share it. People who are not in your teams cannot see your workouts.

Usamos a Supabase (base de dados e autenticação) e a Netlify (alojamento do site e da app). Estes fornecedores tratam dados em nosso nome e podem fazê-lo fora do Espaço Económico Europeu, com as garantias legais aplicáveis, como cláusulas contratuais-tipo. Não partilhamos dados com mais ninguém.

We use Supabase (database and authentication) and Netlify (hosting of the site and the app). These providers process data on our behalf and may do so outside the European Economic Area, with the applicable legal safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. We do not share data with anyone else.

Não usamos cookies de publicidade nem de análise. A app guarda no teu dispositivo apenas o necessário para funcionar: a tua sessão, as tuas preferências e uma cópia dos ficheiros da app para abrir mais depressa.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The app stores on your device only what it needs to work: your session, your preferences and a copy of the app files so it opens faster.

Enquanto tiveres conta. Podes apagar a tua conta a qualquer momento na app, em Perfil → Definições → Apagar a minha conta. Isso apaga os teus dados de imediato, salvo obrigação legal de os conservar. Se preferires, também podes pedir por email: contact@behave.pt.

For as long as you have an account. You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Profile → Settings → Delete my account. This deletes your data right away, unless the law requires us to keep it. If you prefer, you can also ask by email: contact@behave.pt.

Tens direito a aceder aos teus dados, retificá-los, apagá-los, limitar ou opor-te ao tratamento, receber uma cópia num formato legível e retirar o consentimento a qualquer momento. Para exercer estes direitos, contacta contact@behave.pt. Tens também o direito de apresentar reclamação à autoridade de controlo em Portugal, a CNPD.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to receive a copy in a readable format and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact contact@behave.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in Portugal, the CNPD.

O Behave Tracker destina-se a maiores de 16 anos.

Behave Tracker is intended for people aged 16 and over.

A ligação é cifrada (HTTPS) e cada conta só acede aos dados a que tem direito. Nenhum sistema é infalível, mas tratamos a segurança com seriedade. Se houver uma violação que te afete, avisamos-te como a lei exige.

The connection is encrypted (HTTPS) and each account can only access the data it is entitled to. No system is perfect, but we take security seriously. If a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

Se alterarmos esta política de forma relevante, avisamos na app ou por email. A data no topo mostra a última atualização.

If we change this policy in a material way, we will tell you in the app or by email. The date at the top shows the latest update.
